Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between JL16 PH ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the JL16 PH website, mobile application, or any related services.

By creating an account on JL16 PH, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

JL16 PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of JL16 PH following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on JL16 PH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of JL16 PH, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by JL16 PH or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

JL16 PH reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on JL16 PH. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If you suspect that your JL16 PH account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

JL16 PH supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• JL16 PH does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• JL16 PH reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before placing any bets.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

JL16 PH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• JL16 PH reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Free spins and free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• JL16 PH reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on JL16 PH — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.

All casino games on JL16 PH use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested to ensure that results are genuinely random and that no party — including JL16 PH — can predict or influence individual game outcomes. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JL16 PH. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the JL16 PH platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the JL16 PH platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of JL16 PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JL16 PH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of JL16 PH.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL16 PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

JL16 PH does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Privacy & Data

JL16 PH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Account Termination

You may close your JL16 PH account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

JL16 PH reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In cases of termination for cause, JL16 PH may withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
